The candidate will be working on a variety of exciting domestic and commercial UK wide Architecture projects, and we are busier than ever!
You will be mainly producing AutoCad drawings to help support planning applications, building regulations applications, so strong AutoCad knowledge is essential. Also undertaking measured surveys of existing buildings and plots. You’ll be working as part of the small team in an office environment.
Essential skills/ qualifications for this Architectural CAD Technician role:
- Relevant architectural technician/technologist qualification
- Ambitious, dedicated and driven to succeed
- Confident and possessing strong communication skills
- Strong AutoCad, Sketchup and Photoshop skills
- Good technical understanding, understanding of current UK Building/ Planning Regulations
- Have an strong interest in planning & design
- Ideally, you will have a full driving licence and transport
- Flexible approach to work and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- Attend site project meetings
