A new complex of luxury apartments near Pending sands, Pembrokeshire - coming to site 2025

A New luxury Cafe & 3 Apartments Lowertown - KinverKreations took this scheme though building regulations and detailed designs, planning condition variations and tendering.

The project is due to commence on site in the Summer of 2025.

Traeth Mawr | Newport Beach | PCNP Project

New Build bespoke two storey office building for William Marshall & Co Chartered Accountants Practice in Fishguard completed in summer 2013.

The Victoria Inn was built in the late 18th century, it is a traditional village pub which has kept its character with low beam ceilings and doors, serving homemade food & real ales.

The former derelict pub in Goodwick was in need of a massive overhaul. We designed 5 B&B en-suite bedrooms at the first floor with extra sound proofing from the below pub and restaurant.

A new Community Centre for Fishguard & Goodwick. Construction Works began 10th May 2010 on the creation of a Community Volunteer based Community Centre. 

Haverfordwest Skatepark Association (HSA) was set up in March 2008 with a goal to
create a skatepark for the whole of the County to use.

Milford Haven Port Authority [MHPA] to design and obtain full Planning Approval and Building Regulation Approval for this large purpose designed/built Fabrication hall in Pembroke Dock.

Kinver Kreations Obtained the necessary Planning Approval for this large livestock shed (cow shed) at a family Dairy Farm in Goodwick.

Kinver Kreations were appointed to design and project manage the three new projects at Porthgain, Solva and Poppitt. 

Recently completed large extension to the Factory unit near Wolfscastle. With new feature entrance, office spaces, factory storage and delivery drop off section. Great project to work on, we obtained all necessary consents for the scheme
