Accountants New Office Building

New Build bespoke two storey office building for William Marshall & Co Chartered Accountants Practice in Fishguard.

Completed in Summer 2013.

Very tight site with previous consent for dwelling on the plot, we were appointed to obtain all consents, from planning to building regulations and project manage the project from concept to completion.

Sustainable project, with Air Source Heat Pump and designed to be very energy efficient, designed to meet the bespoke needs of the Practice, it welcomes its clients, creates a great space to work in and visit.

Meeting rooms, and office storage plus welfare facilities.
