KinverKreations were appointed by Pembrokeshire Coast National Park to prepare a feasibility plan, concept and then final designs for the remodelling works at Newport Beach in Pembrokeshire.

We surveyed, designed and took part in Public Consultations to prepare designs for the remodelling of the carpark area, creation of a new replacement public convenience building, beach wheelchair/buggy storage buildings, picnic areas and paramountly a new wheelchair/easy access ramp to the sand/beach.

KinverKreations then acted as planning agent, gaining planning approval for the development. We have then developed with the design team detailed engineering plans and detailed and are currently in the tendering stages of the project. Construction is due to begin in Spring/Summer 2025. With the team at KinverKreations project managing the development. Again working closely with the PCNP for one of their own projects.
