We very much enjoyed this Listed Building Conversion Project in Tenby, including the creation of a new 1st floor curved balcony with stunning views, hot tub and landscaping. We worked with the Listed Officer for PCNP to enable a flexible approach to modernising the property and sympathetic refurbishment of the historic parts of the property.
