Sensitive replacement self build dwelling, built for local Client as their new home. Built by Belton & Son Ltd.

Replacement dwelling replaces the old farmhouse ruins, the new dwelling echoes and pays respect to the old ruins by replicating the old proportions, window sizes, locations and footprint of ruins.

House features stunning views, with large hardwood handmade windows, handmade Oak and glass staircase, handmade kitchen, open plan space with island log burner and new large sun room lounge with wrap around windows.

A modern twist with a fresh conservation approach to a traditional farmhouse – a gem in the rolling hills of Pembrokeshire.
