Solva Barn Conversion

Kinver Kreations obtained planning approval in Summer 2014 for the change of use of this former Restaurant. The building was once a former Mill. The Consent was given for use as a Holiday Let. 

This Conservation project was designed to preserve the integrity of the building, sit in harmony with the conservation area and adjacent listed property. However the internal layout and design is to create a stunning feature staircase that links the upper floors, new rooms work around existing windows and timber roof 'A' frames.

New roof lights and projecting gable end balcony will result in a wonderful holiday retreat.
