Sensitive restoration and refurbishment to Town House, Park street, Fishguard.

From Concept to Completion within 6 months and under budget – we Project Managed the scheme from start to client moving in.

The house underwent a series of improvements from a new electrical and heating system. The roof was replaced and insulation added. New floor slabs installed with under Floor Heating. En -Suites created, new Oak staircase, replacement roof lights, new bespoke kitchen. Decorated and some internal re-modelling of rooms.
