A grade II listed Town House - Tenby

Court Mansion Conversion & Refurbishment Due for extensive renovation and refurbishment. New roof coverings, windows and doors, portico, watergoods, fascias and damp proofing.

The house is a grade 2 listed building 

The house was designed by the Architect Kenneth Dalgliesh of London 

Survey Drawings showing existing Tregwynt Mansion Kinver Kreations were commissioned in 2004 to prepare highly accurate CAD survey drawings of the existing buildings floor plans,

Court Lodge in Llanychaer, Pembrokeshire, is a cottage that was once the lodge for Court Mansion. The cottage was in ruins until it was restored in 2006. In 2025 our designed for a sympathetic extension has been completed.

Pembrokeshire Completed June 2012 Renovation and extension of a historically important residential property. New front porch and large two storey extension to rear.

Tenby | Pembrokeshire Completed Summer 2014 We very much enjoyed this Listed Building Conversion Project in Tenby, including the creation of a new 1st floor curved balcony with stunning views.

Completed Winter 2009 The name itself is historical referring to an ancient Welsh “Maenor”, an early Welsh tenurial holding not to be confused with the Norman Manor.

A Grade II Listed Building and Former Police House in Fishguard. 

Conversion and renovation to Georgian Town House – Fishguard. Completed Spring 2010 Sensitive restoration and refurbishment to Town House, Park street, Fishguard.

Conservation and Renovation of Georgian Town House Completed in 2010/11 Sympathetic external renovations were a key aspect of this project as well as internal refurbishments and remodelling.
